Recently, at the Saudi Jafurah Gas Processing Project, XCMG's heavy-lift equipment — the XGC88000 crawler crane —
successfully completed the lifting operation of its core equipment: the C-4201 amine absorber column.

The Jafurah Project is a cornerstone of Saudi Arabia's "Vision 2030" and its energy transition drive. The gas field covers
an area of approximately 17,000 square kilometers, with natural gas reserves exceeding 200 trillion cubic feet. XCMG's
super equipment, hailed by China Central Television (CCTV) as the "National Standard of Precision," has repeatedly
demonstrated the strength of XCMG intelligent manufacturing in premium overseas markets.
The core equipment lifted in this operation weighed nearly 1,700 tons in total, making it the heaviest and most technically
challenging single piece of equipment in the entire Jafurah Project. Despite challenges such as confined working space and
intensive cross-operations, the XGC88000 achieved a one-time lift, one-time alignment, and one-time installation with
millimeter-level micro-motion precision.
The XCMG XGC88000 — the world's largest-capacity crawler crane — has previously won the Second Prize of the National
Science and Technology Progress Award. With this crane as its centerpiece, XCMG has developed a systematic lifting solution
covering the entire life cycle of petrochemical plant construction.
Since being put into service in 2013, the XGC88000 crawler crane has participated in more than 20 major projects worldwide,
with a cumulative lifting capacity exceeding 200,000 tons. Its footprint extends to countries along the "Belt and Road," including
Saudi Arabia and Oman. In major projects such as the Saudi SABIC project, the Amiral Petrochemical Complex, and the Gulei
Ethylene Project, it has repeatedly overcome complex lifting challenges under various operating conditions, proving itself to be
a trustworthy force of XCMG.
